We welcome runners of all levels and speeds and especially encourage all of our kids to come out and participate.
When: Saturday, April 10th, 2010
- 5K Run at 8:00 AM
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk at 9:00 AM
- Where: Big Cove Creek Greenway through the Annie B. Hays Nature Preserve. The course is flat, paved and scenic.
Race will start at Hampton Cove Middle School where Running of The Bulls ended and will end at The Bulls race finish line. Distance certified by the USATF.
Refreshments provided. Water station located at halfway point. Every registered runner/walker 21 & over gets 1 complimentary beer upon completion of race.
Parking: Hampton Cove Middle School parking lot. The school is located on Old Highway 431 in Hampton Cove, AL. From downtown Huntsville, take highway 431 south (Governors Drive) over the mountain and turn left at the light at the Publix shopping center. Turn left at the first light on Old Highway 431 to get to the school. From South Huntsville, go over Four Mile Post Road straight into Hampton Cove.
